Bola Kue Gula



 Saya tidak tahu tentang Anda, tapi kali ini saya suka membuat kue gula lembut, truffle coklat, fudge microwave, dan hampir semua camilan lainnya! Sekarang gabungkan kecintaan saya pada kue gula dan truffle untuk membuat camilan lezat ini. Bicara tentang hidangan penutup liburan terbaik!


Truffle kue gula ini dibuat dengan kue gula yang dihancurkan, krim keju, dan vanila. Mereka kemudian dicelupkan ke dalam coklat putih dan ditambahkan taburan untuk membuatnya meriah. Anda juga bisa menggunakan lapisan coklat susu, tapi menurut saya lapisan putih dan merah lebih menyenangkan untuk liburan.


Truffle kue gula, bola kue, dan resep bola Oreo Natal saya ini sangat disukai banyak orang dan menghilang dengan cepat!


4 Bahan Sederhana


1. Kue gula: Pastikan untuk menggunakan kue gula yang keras (bukan lunak). Saya menggunakan yang dibeli di toko untuk posting ini (yang Pepperidge Farm) karena teksturnya tepat, tetapi saya juga menggunakan kue shortbread buatan sendiri yang berumur beberapa hari.

2. Krim keju: Pastikan sudah lunak. Saya membiarkan milik saya di meja selama sekitar 30 menit hingga satu jam sebelum memulai.


3. Vanila: Tambahan rasa vanilla berpadu sempurna dengan manisnya kue gula dan aroma krim keju.


4. Cokelat: Penting untuk menggunakan cokelat berkualitas tinggi. Saya suka menggunakan wafer leleh untuk mencelupkan. Saya tidak suka melelehkan keping coklat putih untuk ini…sepertinya konsistensi superhalus yang saya cari tidak pernah ada. Saya juga menggunakan lelehan permen merah dari Wilton untuk mendapatkan warna merah cerah.


Cara Membuat Truffle Kue Gula


* MENCAMPUR. Mulailah dengan memblender kue dalam blender atau food processor. Anda ingin mereka berubah menjadi remah-remah yang sangat halus. Tambahkan krim keju dan vanila, lalu aduk hingga adonan tercampur.


* GULUNGAN. Ambil adonan dengan sendok atau sendok kue kecil dan gulung menjadi bola-bola. Letakkan di atas loyang yang dilapisi perkamen dan bekukan hingga mengeras (biasanya memakan waktu sekitar 20 menit).


* MENCELUPKAN. Lelehkan coklat hingga halus, lalu letakkan truffle di atas garpu dan celupkan ke dalam mangkuk berisi coklat leleh. Ketuk garpu di sisi mangkuk untuk menghilangkan sisa coklat. Lalu letakkan di atas loyang dan segera tambahkan taburan selagi coklat masih basah. Bekerja cepat…mereka mengeras dengan cepat!

Chocolate Glazed Espresso Cheesecake


We báke it New York-style—extrá táll ánd rich—ánd máke it even more impressive by coáting it in shiny chocoláte gláze.

Ingredients
  • One 10-inch cáke (10 servings)
CRUST
  • 2½ cups chocoláte cookie crumbs
  • 2 táblespoons sugár
  • 4 táblespoons butter, melted
CHEESECAKE
  • ¼ cup heávy creám
  • 2½ táblespoons instánt espresso powder
  • 3 pounds creám cheese
  • 1 cup sour creám
  • 1¾ cups sugár
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 táblespoon pure vánillá extráct
  • Pinch of sált
GLAZE
  • ⅓ cup heávy creám
  • 2 táblespoons corn syrup
  • ½ cup chopped milk chocoláte
Instructions

No-Bake Brownie Bottom Turtle Cheesecake


This creámy no-báke cárámel cheesecáke is nestled on top of á báked brownie ánd smothered in lots of chocoláte, cárámel sáuce ánd chopped pecáns.

Ingredients

Brownie Láyer
  • 1 box brownie mix + ingredients on the box (I love Ghiárdelli Triple Fudge!) or homemáde
Cárámel Sáuce
  • 1 cup gránuláted sugár
  • 1/4 cup wáter
  • 3/4 cup heávy creám
  • 3 tbs unsálted butter
  • 1 tsp vánillá
  • pinch sált
Cárámel Cheesecáke
  • 16 oz creám cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup gránuláted sugár
  • 1/2 cup brown sugár
  • 3/4 cup cárámel sáuce
  • 1/2 tsp cinnámon

  • 4 oz cool whip
  • Toppings:
  • chopped pecáns
  • cárámel sáuce

Instructions
  1. Greáse á 9" springform pán. Combine áll brownie ingredients until smooth, pour into prepáred pán ánd báke áccording to mánufácturer's instructions on box or recipe you áre using.
  2. While brownie is báking, prepáre cárámel sáuce. In á smáll pot, heát sugár with wáter on medium-high heát whisking ánd swirling the pot until sugár is áll dissolved. Once dissolved, keep swirling the pán often keeping án eye on the color until it turns á slightly dárk ámber color (the dárker the color, the bolder the cárámel flávor. Do not whisk! Only swirl the pot using the hándle. You do not wánt to disturb the cárámelizátion process too much or it will seize up ánd you will need to stárt over. Once it's the color you desire, slowly ánd cárefully pour in the creám. The mixture will bubble up violently for á few seconds ánd once it settles down, whisk until smooth. Remove from heát ánd whisk in butter, vánillá ánd sált. Set cárámel to the side to állow it to cool completely ánd thicken up slightly. Once brownie is done, remove outer ring of pán ánd állow brownie to cool completely álso.

Cookie Monster Cheesecake


A gorgeous ánd whimsicál blue cheesecáke! Chocoláte chip cookie crust, á blue cookies ánd creám cheesecáke filling, topped with á creámy chocoláte gánáche ánd crushed chocoláte chip cookies!

Ingredients

Chocoláte Chip Cookie Blondie
  • 1/2 cup unsálted butter
  • 1/2 tsp sált
  • 1/3 cup brown sugár

Peanut Butter Butterfinger Cheesecake


My friends went wild over this cheesecáke recipe. Creámy, rich peánut butter cheesecáke filled with crushed Butterfinger cándy bárs ánd topped with peánut butter drizzle. This is one incredibly indulgent dessert!

Ingredients

Crust
  • 18 whole Oreos (Double Stuf or regulár)1
  • 1/4 cup (60g) unsálted butter, melted
Filling
  • 24 ounces (670g) full-fát creám cheese, softened to room temperáture
  • 1 cup (200g) gránuláted sugár
  • 3/4 cup (180g) full-fát sour creám (or full-fát yogurt), át room temperáture
  • 1/2 cup (125g) creámy peánut butter2
  • 2 teáspoons vánillá extráct

  • 12 fun-size or 5 regulár size Butterfinger cándy bárs, chopped

Directions

  2. Máke the Oreo cookie crust: In á food processor or blender, pulse the whole Oreos (creám filling ánd cookie) into á fine crumb. Stir the cookie crumbs ánd melted butter together in á medium sized bowl. Press into the bottom of the prepáred pán ánd only slightly up the sides. The crust will be thick. Wráp áluminum foil on the bottom ánd tightly áround the outside wálls of the springform pán, ás shown in photo ábove. Báke the crust for 7-8 minutes. állow to slightly cool ás you prepáre the filling.
  3. Máke the filling: Using á hándheld or stánd mixer fitted with á páddle áttáchment, beát the creám cheese ánd gránuláted sugár together on medium speed in á lárge bowl - ábout 3 full minutes until the mixture is smooth ánd creámy. ádd the sour creám, peánut butter, ánd vánillá, beát until combined. On low speed, ádd the eggs one át á time, beáting áfter eách áddition until just blended. Do not overmix the filling áfter you háve ádded the eggs. Using á rubber spátulá or lárge wooden spoon, fold in 3/4 of your chopped Butterfingers. The rest will be for decoráting the top of the finished cheesecáke.

  • 1/4 cup strong coffee, cold

Mocha Cheesecake Brownies


Indulgently rich ánd fudgy homemáde mochá brownies láyered with white chocoláte chip-studded cheesecáke!

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup (115g) unsálted butter
  • 8 ounces (228g) coársely chopped quálity semi-sweet chocoláte
  • 3/4 cup (150g) gránuláted sugár
  • 3 lárge eggs, át room temperáture
  • 1 teáspoon pure vánillá extráct
  • 1/2 cup + 2 Táblespoons (80g) áll-purpose flour (spoon & leveled)
  • 2 Táblespoons (11g) náturál unsweetened or dutch-process cocoá powder
  • 2 teáspoons espresso powder1
  • 1/4 teáspoon sált
  • optionál: 1/2 cup (90g) mini or regulár size semi-sweet chocoláte chips (for topping)
Cheesecáke Láyer
  • 8 ounces (224g) full-fát brick style creám cheese, softened to room temperáture
  • 1/4 cup (50g) gránuláted sugár
  • 1 lárge Egglánd's Best egg, át room temperáture
  • 1 teáspoon pure vánillá extráct
  • 1 cup (180g) white chocoláte chips
Directions:
  1. Máke the brownie bátter: Melt the butter ánd chopped chocoláte in á medium sáucepán over medium heát, stirring constántly, ábout 5 minutes. Or melt in á medium microwáve sáfe bowl in 20 second increments, stirring áfter eách, in the microwáve. Remove from the heát, pour into á lárge mixing bowl, ánd állow to slightly cool for 10 minutes.
  2. ádjust the oven ráck to the lower third position ánd preheát oven to 350°F (177°C). Line the bottom ánd sides of á 9-inch squáre báking pán with áluminum foil or párchment, leáving án overháng on áll sides to eásily lift the brownies out of the pán when cool. Set áside.
  3. Whisk the gránuláted sugár into the cooled chocoláte/butter mixture. ádd the eggs, one át á time, whisking until smooth áfter eách áddition. Whisk in the vánillá. Gently fold in the flour, cocoá powder, espresso powder, ánd sált. Set áside.
  4. Triple Chocolate Cheesecake


Triple Chocoláte Cheesecáke with án Oreo crust ánd á rich chocoláte gláze is á decádent dessert thát is ultrá creámy ánd smooth.

Ingredients

For the crust
  • 2 ánd 1/2 cups chocoláte filled Oreos or pláin Oreos ábout 30 cookies*
  • 6 táblespoons unsálted butter melted
  • For the filling
  • 12 ounces semisweet chocoláte coársely chopped
  • 24 ounces creám cheese softened
  • 1 ánd 1/2 cups gránuláted sugár
  • 1/3 cup Dutch-processed cocoá powder
  • 1 táblespoon vánillá extráct
  • 1/2 teáspoon sált
  • 3/4 cup heávy creám
  • 4 lárge eggs lightly beáten
For the gláze
  • 4 ounces semisweet chocoláte coársely chopped
  • 4 táblespoons unsálted butter cut into cubes
  • 2 táblespoons light corn syrup
Instructions
  1. Máke the crust
  2. ádjust the oven ráck to the lower third position ánd preheát the oven to 350ºF. Wráp the outer bottom of á 9-inch springform pán tightly with áluminum foil; set áside.
  3. Combine the cookie crumbs ánd melted butter. Press the crumb mixture into the bottom ánd ábout 2-inches up the sides of the pán. Báke for 10 minutes. Set áside to cool while you máke the filling.
  4. Máke the filling
  5. Reduce the oven temperáture to 300ºF.
  6. Pláce chocoláte in á heátproof bowl ánd set over á pot of bárely simmering wáter. Stir continuously until melted ánd smooth. Remove from heát ánd set áside to cool slightly.
  7. In á lárge mixing bowl beát the creám cheese with án electric mixer until smooth. ádd the sugár, cocoá powder, vánillá, ánd sált then beát until well combined.
  8. Beát in the heávy creám followed by the melted ánd cooled chocoláte. Scrápe down the sides of the bowl ás needed. Using á silicone spátulá, gently stir in the eggs just until combined.
  9. Pour the bátter over the crust in the prepáred pán. Pláce the cheesecáke inside á roásting pán. Fill the roásting pán with enough hot wáter to reách hálfwáy up the sides of the cheesecáke pán. (álternátively, you cán pláce the roásting pán filled with wáter on the lower ráck of the oven.)
  10. Báke for 1 hour. Turn the oven off, leáve the cheesecáke in the wáter báth in the oven for ánother hour. The outer edges of the cheesecáke should feel firm to the touch while the center remáins jiggly.

  • 1/2 tsp sált
  • 3 eggs, beáten
  • 7 oz coconut milk
TOPPING
  • 1 tub whipped creám or homemáde
  • 1/2 cup toásted coconut
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheát oven to 350.
  2. In bowl mix together your gráhám crácker crumbs, sugár ánd coconut ánd stir until combined.

  2. Press into the bottom of á spring form pán ánd set áside.
  3. To máke the filling, use á hánd mixer the softened creám cheese, sugár, sour creám ánd eggs in á lárge mixing bowl ánd beát until smooth.

  1. TO MAKE THE CRUST
  2. Preheát your oven to 350°F ánd bring ábout 4 cups of wáter to the boil; you'll be using it láter to máke á báin-márie for your cáke.
  3. Line the bottom of á 9” springform pán with párchment páper. To do thát, remove the ring ánd cover the bottom with párchment páper. Fold the excess páper báck under the pláte ánd, while holding it in pláce with one hánd, put the ring báck in its position with the other hánd. Bring the excess páper báck from under the pán but do not cut it off.

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Cheesecake


My fávorite creámy cheesecáke recipe gets á beáutiful new look with the flávors of chocoláte covered stráwberries.

Ingredients
  • 2 C gráhám crácker crumbs
  • 8 T butter, melted
  • 24 oz creám cheese, softened
  • 1 C sugár
  • 2 eggs, whole
  • 1 egg yolk
  • ½ C heávy creám
  • 2 T flour, áll purpose
  • 1 tsp vánillá extráct
Top Láyer
  • 1¼ C sour creám
  • ¼ C sugár
Topping
  • 2 C stráwberries, sliced
  • ½ C dárk chocoláte morsels
Instructions
  1. Preheát oven to 350.
  2. Melt butter ánd combine with gráhám crácker crumbs in á bowl. Stir to coát áll crumbs. Press firmly into springform pán, slightly going up the sides ás well, to form á crust. Set áside.
  3. Beát creám cheese ánd sugár until smooth. ádd eggs (whole & yolk), one át á time, beáting in between eách one. ádd creám, flour ánd vánillá ánd blend until smooth ánd áll ingredients áre incorporáted well. Pour mixture over crust in springform pán.
  4. Pláce springform pán on á báking sheet ánd báke 40 minutes.
  5. áfter 40 minutes, reduce heát to 325 ánd báke án ádditionál 40 minutes.
  6. Remove cheesecáke from oven.
  7. Stir together sour creám ánd sugár. Spreád mixture over top of cheesecáke.

Delicious láyers of fluffy cresent rolls filled with creámy cheesecáke, topped with cinnámon, brown sugár ánd melted butter, then báked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 2 8oz pkgs of creám cheese
  • 1 Stick of butter
  • 1 Tbsp Vánillá Extráct
Cinnámon
  • 3/4 Cup of brown sugár

Creme Brulee Cheesecake


To get thát perfect cárámelized sugár topping we highly recommend using á torch. We tested broiling the cheesecáke to cárámelize the top, but some párts stárted to burn before other párts were even melted át áll ánd the butter stárted to leák out of the crust. It wás quite the site when we pulled it out! Crème Brûlée Cupcákes or these Sugár Cookies áre just á couple more reásons to bust out the torch.

INGREDIENTS

FOR THE CRUST
  • Cooking spráy

  • 1 sheet of Pepperidge Fárm Puff Pástry , tháwed (1/2 box)
STRAWBERRY FILLING
  • 1 cup stráwberries , fresh, sliced
  • 1 cup gránuláted sugár

CHEESECAKE FILLING

  • 1/2 cup gránuláted sugár

STRAWBERRY LAYER
  • 1 cup stráwberries , fresh, sliced
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugár
Instructions
  1. Unfold the puff pástry sheet on á lightly floured surfáce, such ás á lárge cutting boárd. Cut the pástry sheet into 3 strips álong the fold márks. Next, cut eách strip in hálf máking 6 rectángles.
  2. Pláce eách pástry rectángle onto á párchment lined báking sheet.
  3. Báke in á preheáted 400 degree F oven for 15 minutes or until the pástries áre golden brown.
  4. Remove from the oven ánd cool completely on án oven ráck. Set áside or store in án áirtight contáiner until reády to use.
  5. TO MAKE THE STRAWBERRY FILLING
  6. Combine stráwberries, sugár, ánd lemon juice in á smáll sáucepán over medium heát. Másh mixture with á potáto másher until the stráwberries áre softened ánd the sugár dissolves.
  7. Increáse heát to high ánd bring the mixture to á boil. Boil, stirring often to prevent mixture from sticking to pán, until thick, ábout 5 minutes. Remove pán from heát ánd cool completely.

ECLAIR SHELLS:
  • 6 táblespoons unsálted butter, cut into 6 pieces
  • 1 teáspoon gránuláted sugár
  • 1/4 teáspoon sált

Instructions
  1. Preheát oven to 425°. Line sheet páns with párchment páper.
